Description
ELISSAR & RABIEH INTERSECTIONS is a project consisting of two vital tunnels and intersections in one of the most crowded highways connecting the coast to the mountain in northern Beirut. The project was executed with advanced traffic management, diversions and safety provision to accommodate with the surrounding high-density traffic.
